Images, codes and reference widths come from the existing sample catalog. Confirm composition, color, stretch, minimum order quantity and lead time for the selected sample.

Match movement to the application

Lingerie edges, fitted garment panels and narrow neckline trims can place different demands on lace. Identify the direction of movement and how the trim will be sewn to the base fabric. A decorative appearance alone cannot establish whether the lace will suit a fitted application.

Check stretch and recovery together

Assess the sample at its relaxed width, then examine extension and recovery in the direction used on the garment. Review edge curling, seam behavior and hand feel alongside the pattern. Agree any measurement method and acceptance criteria for the project; the catalog does not promise a universal stretch percentage.

Prepare for sampling and production

Choose a reference code from the stretch series and provide the garment fabric, placement, target color and quantity. Confirm composition, dimensions and the approved stretch behavior before bulk production. For close-to-skin garments, also review the lingerie lace guide and the project inspection requirements.
